Who owns the accounts?
You do, in every case. Ownership is transferred at handover and we never hold a client asset as commercial leverage — including for non-payment.
Terms, section 7What data do you keep?
What we need to do the work, for as long as the law or a live engagement requires. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after 12 months.
Privacy, section 5Can I change my mind?
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. We do not start work inside that window unless you explicitly ask us to.
Refunds, section 1These documents were last reviewed on 25 September 2026. Where a policy changes in a way that materially affects an existing client, we tell that client directly rather than relying on them to re-read this page.
